Privacy Policy

Who this is for

ReSpell is meant for parents or guardians to set up accounts and for children to practice spelling under that family account. Parents control players, word lists, and settings.

Information we collect

• Parent account: email and password (handled by Firebase Authentication) when you create or sign in to an account.
• Learning data: child player names, avatars, spelling lists, practice progress, scores, and Cyber Base / Bit progress you create in the app.
• Optional media: photos you choose to upload (for example school test photos or word-list images).
• Device storage: progress may be saved on your device and, when you sign in, synced to our cloud so Safari, Chrome, and iPad can stay matched.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Run spelling practice, progress, and game features
• Sync your family save across browsers and devices you sign into
• Improve reliability and fix problems
• Respond when you contact us through TenFlow support channels

We do not sell children’s personal information. We do not use ReSpell learning data for third-party advertising.

Children’s privacy

ReSpell is designed for family use with a parent account. We ask parents not to put more personal detail into a child’s profile than is needed for practice (a first name or nickname is enough). If you believe a child’s data was provided without proper consent, contact us and we will help remove it.

Sharing

We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as Firebase / Google Cloud) to authenticate accounts and store synced saves. They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• You can use local practice without cloud sync until you sign in.
• You can export or clear local data from your browser/device.
• You can request account or cloud-save deletion by contacting support via tenflow.app.
